In the spring of 2010, Magnolia Construction proudly introduced the newest branch of our company, Magnolia Construction Service Division. Magnolia Construction Service Division is a highly trained, full service Building Maintenance Team that offers our clients a wide range of services designed to specifically suit their property maintenance needs.
There are no limits to the services Magnolia Construction Service Division can provide to our clients. We offer full flexibility in structuring our maintenance contracts and center the process on the specific property goals of our customers. All of our programs are developed based on our client’s strategic goals, budget and site condition.
