G. Randy Foster, Partner
Mr. Randy Foster is a co-founder and partner
of Magnolia Construction, LLC. Alongside his
partners, he has overseen the company’s growth
from $5 million in its first full year of business in
2000, to nearly $20 million in 2007. Mr. Foster is a
North Carolina and South Carolina licensed general
contractor and currently has more than 30 years of
experience in the construction industry, including
23 years in Construction Management. During his
career, he has successfully completed more than
$200 million in new construction and interior upfits.

W. Colon Moore, Partner
Mr. Colon Moore is a co-founder and partner of
Magnolia Construction, LLC. In addition to Mr.
Foster, Mr. Moore has been involved with the
company’s growth from $5 million in 2000 to nearly
$20 million in 2007. Mr. Moore graduated from
N.C. State University in 1991 with a degree in Civil
Engineering. He is a licensed general contractor
in North Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee and has
more than 21 years of experience in the construc-
tion industry, including 18 years in Construction
Management. During his career, Colon has
successfully completed more than 850,000 square
feet of office space, one million square feet of
warehouse space, $20 million in interior industrial
upfits and 220 acres of site development.

Gerard Perreault, Partner
Mr. Perreault joined Magnolia Construction in June
of 2004 bringing with him over six years of prior
construction experience. Gerard graduated from
the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in
1998 with a degree in Business Administration.
He currently has over ten years of experience in
the construction industry and has successfully
completed more than $45 million in interior upfits,
including medical, industrial, retail, restaurant and
general office.

Chip Creedmore, Project Manager
Mr. Creedmore joined Magnolia Construction
in June of 2001 bringing with him an extensive
background in assisted-living facility construction
and church construction. Chip graduated from the
University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 1981
with a Bachelor of Science. He has over 27 years
of construction experience and has successfully
completed more than $250 million in new construc-
tion and interior upfits.

Matt Foster, LEEP AP, Partner
Mr. Foster joined Magnolia Construction in August
of 2004 after graduating from Eastern Carolina
University with a Bachelor of Science in Construc-
tion Management. Matt has also successfully
completed a 30-hour Occupational Safety and
Health training course in Construction Safety
and Health. He has over nine years of
construction experience and has successfully
completed over 300,000 square feet of interior
upfits, and 20,000 square feet of new construction.

Jason Shotton, Project Manager
Mr. Shotton graduated from Wilkes Community College
with a degree in Building Construction Technology. He
joined Magnolia Construction in August of 2005 as one
of our skilled Superintendants and recently entered our
office as a Project Manager. He has developed over
200,000 SF of New Construction and Interior
Renovations. He was over fifteen years of experience
in the field.
