G. Randy Foster - Managing Partner. Prior to joining Magnolia Construction, Mr. Foster was responsible for construction management of over 5,000,000 square feet of office and industrial buildings for Forsyth Partners and Highwoods Properties from 1984-1999. Additionally, he was responsible for overseeing over 500 acres of site development and completed over $100 million in interior renovations and tenant improvements as the general contractor. Mr. Foster has over 25 years experience in the construction industry and has been a Licensed General Contractor since 1983.

W. Colon Moore - Managing Partner. Previously, Mr. Moore was employed by Shelco, Inc. for nine years as a Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. He has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, 10 years in management. Mr. Moore has successfully completed over 1.9 million square feet of office and warehouse space, over $20 million in interior industrial renovations and over 250 acres of site development. He is a North Carolina Licensed General Contractor and a 1991 graduate of NC State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.
