Magnolia Construction is one of the most well-recognized names in the commercial construction industry here in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. Before forming our operation, Randy Foster (our owner and founder) was a construction manager for Highwoods Properties in Winston-Salem and Greensboro. He oversaw the construction of new office buildings and warehouse buildings, as well as any upfits of work within these buildings.
In 2011, more value was added to our operation when two project managers joined as managing members – Gerard Perreault and Matt Foster. Even though our operation has undergone many changes in the past two decades, we continue to provide our clients with the most value for their investment.
Our unique business model allows for company owners to remain involved in projects on a daily basis. Although different tasks are performed by the project manager and superintendent, all major decisions regarding the project involve the input of one of our company partners.
